What we engineer.
Six connected lanes for teams that need a reliable website, not a one-off score.
Performance diagnostics
Route-level field analysis, lab traces, request waterfalls, long-task review and release budgets. Deliverables explain the cause, affected population and expected metric movement.
Product interface engineering
Semantic HTML, responsive CSS, resilient enhancement, accessible interaction states and component integration. Work is organised around the user task rather than a visual component inventory.
Application foundations
Routing boundaries, API consumption, caching, error handling, logging and deployment checks. Architecture choices are documented with operational trade-offs and exit paths.
Design-system runtime
Token and component audits, dependency visibility, media contracts, motion limits and composition fixtures. The efficient pattern should become the easiest supported pattern.
Content delivery
Image pipelines, font delivery, editorial templates, cache keys and invalidation. We model cold visits, repeat visits, localisation and publishing failure states.
Measurement plans
Small event vocabularies, data-layer contracts, consent-aware instrumentation and QA queues. Measurement starts with a decision the team needs to make.
Start with one route and one decision.
A useful engagement can begin with a single high-value route, an unstable publishing template or a release that exceeded its budget.
We establish the audience and primary task, collect comparable evidence, identify the earliest controllable cause and propose work that can be reviewed and rolled back. Broad redesign recommendations are not a substitute for finding the mechanism.
