1. What this site uses
The current static site does not set advertising cookies. It uses browser storage for consent and requested interactive features.
2. Essential consent record
The key webxcelerator_consent records whether you accepted or chose essential-only storage so the notice does not appear on every page.
3. Tool state
Performance Lab budgets and checklist progress use domain-specific localStorage. They are created when you interact and can be removed with the reset buttons.
4. Contact draft
A validated contact draft is stored locally before the confirmation page. It is not a server submission. Clear browser site data to remove it.
5. QA event queue
A short local event queue records page views, scroll thresholds and tool actions for functional QA. It is not transmitted by this build and keeps only the latest entries.
6. Third-party resources
Google Fonts may receive ordinary request information when font files load. If analytics or other services are added later, this notice and consent controls must be updated first.
7. Controls
