Privacy Policy
How Webxcelerator handles contact details, browser-local tools, technical logs and privacy requests.
1. Scope
This policy covers this static Webxcelerator website, its Performance Lab, checklist, journal filter and contact draft. It does not cover third-party websites reached through links.
2. Information you provide
The contact form asks for name, email, focus and project context. In this static build, submission is not sent to a server. A draft is stored in your browser so the confirmation can be reviewed.
3. Browser-local storage
Consent choice, lab budget, checklist state, a contact draft and a short QA event queue use localStorage or sessionStorage. These values remain on the device until you reset the tool or clear site data.
4. Server logs
A hosting provider may process IP address, request path, user agent, time and security signals in ordinary access logs. These logs support availability, abuse prevention and debugging.
5. Contact by email
If you email us directly, your provider and ours process the message. We use it to answer the enquiry, maintain necessary correspondence and protect against abuse.
6. Legal basis
Where applicable, processing is based on your request, legitimate security and operational interests, consent for optional storage, and legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, email and security providers may process limited data under their service terms. Information may be disclosed where lawfully required.
8. Retention
Browser-local data is controlled by you. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, records, security and legal obligations.
9. Your choices
Clear site data to remove local drafts and tool state. You may request access, correction or deletion of information sent by email, subject to legal exceptions.
10. Contact and changes
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Material updates will change the date and wording on this page. Last updated 18 September 2026.
