Terms of Use
Rules for using Webxcelerator content, browser-local tools, engineering materials and contact channels.
1. Acceptance
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive tools or rely on the materials.
2. Informational scope
Journal notes, targets, checklists and calculators are general engineering information. They are not a guarantee of performance, accessibility, security, capacity or commercial results.
3. Performance Lab
The calculator runs in your browser and uses the numbers you enter. Its result is a planning signal only. Validate budgets with actual routes, devices, traffic and product requirements.
4. No automatic engagement
Using the site or saving a brief does not create a consulting contract. Scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and deliverables require a separate written agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code or misrepresent the site and its materials.
6. Intellectual property
Original site design, writing and code examples are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may quote limited portions with attribution for commentary or internal discussion.
7. Third-party services
Fonts, hosting and linked resources may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability and practices are not controlled by Webxcelerator.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular architecture or regulatory requirement.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Webxcelerator is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on general site materials or browser-local calculations.
10. Governing context
Mandatory consumer and data rights remain unaffected. Any project agreement will define its own governing law and dispute process.
